Miami Beach Restaurants Open For Outdoor Dining (And What We Love To Eat There!)

Jonesing to get out of the house and find some delicious Miami fare? Whether you’re local or just visiting, we’ve got a roundup of some of our favorite Miami restaurants with outdoor seating where you can social distance while still getting your lunch on.

If you’re not ready to dine-in, even outside, all of these eateries offer takeout and some also offer no-contact delivery. As with everything during these uncertain times, make a quick call to ensure the restaurant is open before hopping on your scooter rental and heading over.

The Lobster Shack

The Lobster Shack has two locations, on Lincoln Road and South Pointe. Both locations have outdoor patio dining, perfect for people watching. At the South Pointe location, servers even come out to the beach and take your order and deliver it right to your chair, blanket, or towel! As the name implies, The Lobster Shack is known for serving all things seafood, but if you go don’t miss the classic lobster roll.

Nikki Beach Club

A South Beach staple, Nikki Beach Club has been coveted for its swanky (and massive) outdoor dining area for more than 20 years. Located on Ocean Drive directly on the beach, the outdoor seating area spans from the patio to the beach and features tables, chaises, cabanas, day beds, and even teepees! If you go, don’t miss the signature sushi boats meant for sharing.

Santorini by Georgios

Located at the Hilton Bentley Miami South Beach, Santorini By Georgios offers outdoor patio and poolside dining featuring gorgeous views just steps from the beach. The restaurant’s beautiful design is inspired by the island of Santorini and serves up authentic Greek food, including fresh seafood, grilled meats, and handcrafted cocktails. If you go, don’t miss the oven-roasted lamb or whole branzino.

The Front Porch Cafe

A favorite of locals looking for “good food with no attitude,” The Front Porch Cafe has been serving up delicious, no-fuss American fare and all-day breakfast for more than 30 years. Located on Ocean Drive, the restaurant’s outdoor patio dining has long been a favorite spot for people watching. While The Porch serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner, they’re best known for their breakfast menu. If you go, don’t miss the french toast!

Juvia

Located on the rooftop of the Herzog & de Meuron building on Lincoln Road, Juvia is a chic eatery serving up a fusion of French, Japanese, and Peruvian cuisine. With a living wall on one side and expansive views of the city on the other, you’ll feel like you’re on top of the world at Juvia. Many first-time diners enjoy the restaurant’s prix frixe menu for the selection and value.
